Alina  treated our dog who was constantly head shaking and scratching. The drops and tablets gave us a new dog overnight. Obviously not a cure but treatment and investigations are on going with a plan in place. Caring and passionate vets. Would highly recommend.

This is an incredible Veterinary Surgery and I want to once again thank Alina and her wonderful staff for providing me with the best Veterinary service I could ever wish for. Alina is an incredible Vet and the care she gives to my numerous dogs is more than anyone could ever ask for.  I have no hesitation in recommending ASL Vets both in Billericay and Wickford to anyone that asks me for a good Vet in these areas. Thank you for caring so much Alina !!!

Usually Lola is fearful of the vet and I get my son to take her. Unfortunately he was not available so I had to take her on my own - I was very apprehensive but I need not have been because the vet was able to calm her and give her the treatment she needed.  I am very pleased to know I will be able to take her on my own if she needs treatment in the future. Very pleased.

My vet appointment started exactly on time. The vetinary team were focused on my cat but also interacted with me as a customer. The treatment given was commensurate to why I'd booked the appointment and at no point did anyone try and upsell me things I didn't need. The price I paid for this high quality service was very fair and all in all it was a masterclass in how to operate a vetinary practice demonstrating care and consideration for both the animals and their owners. 100% recommend and my only disappointment is that I've not joined this amazing vets sooner! September 2025 - This is the 2nd time I've visited with one of my pets and the experience was equally excellent as the last. It is very evident your focus is the animal above all else. The front desk staff and the vet we saw were both lovely. Very kind, professional and efficient. Quality of care, focus on the animal, interacting with me as a customer and not an opportunity to extract excessive funds (as has been my experience with other vets). You are a credit to your profession. Keep up the amazing work. July 2026 - Whenever we have visited ASL they've always focused on treating the human as a customer and our pet as the patient. There's no hard sell as I've experienced from other vet practices. Just great levels of care and customer service.

The care and skill they have given to my dog Mabel when she was diagnosed with tumours on spleen and liver has been exceptional.  I made the decision to have surgery after discussing the prognosis. It's early days but Mabel has come through the first 48hours. Alina and team have given me precious extra time with Mabel. It may be less than I would wish for but every pain free day is a blessing. As this was our first visit I was a bit trepidatious as we had been with our previous vet for 35+ years. Charlotte, however, put me at ease by listening to what I had to say and thoroughly going over Milo's records with me during the appointment. The understanding of Milo's diabetes and accepting my preferred treatment plan going forward i.e regular Fructosamine tests & urine analysis instead of twice daily blood glucose testing or Libre fitting was very welcome.
